I'm Steph the owner of The Beauty Mama! I'm passionate about mum's within the beauty industry and levelling up lash lifting education, which is still so far behind.
I'm on a mission to build a Beauty Mama Movement within the beauty industry and bring all the mums together to create an empowering, safe, supportive and uplifting community, as I truly believe that together we can achieve so much more with the love and support of each other.
This passion was born from me being a mother to 4 beautiful girls, combining motherhood and business hasn't been an easy ride.
We're told when we have children to go out and find mummy friends, our people, who just get it and that's exactly what I want to create for the beauty industry.
My other passion is lash lifts, I'm obsessed, I've spent years perfecting my techniques, investing into my own education and I now want to share that to help other techs within the industry level up their knowledge and results so they can thrive.

As a busy mama of 4, building a business in the beauty industry has allowed me to create a lifestyle that gives me the flexibility to be the present mum I've always wanted to be! While still giving me the time to focus on my goals. I want to teach other women that they don’t have to sacrifice their dreams when they become mothers. You can build a successful business around your family and still be a present, hands-on mum.
